The 12th edition of the State of the Global Islamic Economy Report (SGIE) 2025/26, produced by DinarStandard, examines the multi-trillion-dollar global Islamic economy across seven key sectors: halal food, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, modest fashion, travel, media & recreation, and Islamic finance. This year’s report highlights a new growth phase shaped by halal economy sovereignty, Islamic finance expansion, and values-driven consumer behavior.

The Global Islamic Fintech Report 2025/26, now in its fifth consecutive edition, provides a data-driven assessment of the Islamic fintech sector, covering market growth, ecosystem competitiveness, industry perspectives, and profiles of 30 notable Islamic fintech companies globally. Co-produced by DinarStandard and Elipses, the report integrates market sizing analysis, country benchmarking through the Global Islamic Fintech (GIFT) Index, and stakeholder insights to support decision-making across policy, investment, and industry strategy.

With the theme “Unlocking Opportunity”, the ninth edition of the State of the Global Islamic Economy Report, focuses on post COVID-19 recovery as the report continues to cover the sectors of Islamic finance, halal food and beverages, halal cosmetics, halal pharmaceuticals, Muslim-friendly travel, modest fashion, and Islamic-themed media and recreation. The report, which is produced by DinarStandard and is supported by the Department of Economy and Tourism (DET) in Dubai addresses developments as well as challenges and opportunities for those sectors.

The global Islamic Fintech market is estimated at $79 billion in transaction volume (2021) and is expected to grow on average by 18% annually, to reach $179 billion by 2026.
