  • Developed an actionable market strategy and make a compelling economic case to key external stakeholders

  • Conducted 2 workshops with key project stakeholders

  • 50+ secondary sources synthesized

  • Index ranking of 73 countries across 25 indicators

Impact:

New Center launched in 2016 with a clear strategy, establishing a 4.5 billion dirhams endowment for Knowledge and Innovation.
