Evaluate consumer needs, behavior and expectations, including halal compliance for nail color and treatment in KSA and Indonesia.

Approach

  • Developed a comprehensive framework of high impact

  • Identified global best examples of innovations with cross-application to different government services, with original moonshot ideas and local context

  • A weekly feedback loop for refining impact

Methodology

  • 3 focus groups in Saudi Arabia and 3 in Indonesia

  • 15 INIs in KSA and 15 in Indonesia

  • Quotas included locals/expats; light/heavy users; minimal modesty/fully covered; ages 18-34

  • Concept testing during FGDs

  • Research report including implications and recommendations, and a summary PowerPoint presentation

Impact

Client was able to make informed decisions about launching in KSA and Indonesia.
