Before DinarStandard, Waleed was a Director of HR Business Partners at i2c Inc., a world-class payments processing company in the USA. Waleed led the people agenda and was responsible to partner with all Business Units to ensure seamless integration of people processes in their workflows.

Waleed has also spent 2+ years at Retailo, a venture backed B2B retail start-up with operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates and Pakistan. As the Head of People, Waleed was leading the People & Culture, People Operations and Recruitment streams for all 3 markets. He developed processes from the ground up, moving from a generalized team to building centers of expertise capable of servicing all markets centrally.

Prior to Retailo, Waleed has worked as an Organization Development expert with Zong CMPak, a leading Telecommunications provider in Pakistan and as an Organization & People Performance expert at Fatima Group, one of the largest Fertilizer Manufacturing concerns in Pakistan.
