Beit Jala Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Company is one of them and was founded in 1958. BJP is located in Beit Jala close to Bethlehem, 12 km to the south of Jerusalem.

BJP conducts its operations in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and is ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14001:2004 certified by Lloyd’s Quality Register.
